Bryan Strickland, CFP®
Founder & Principal, Sr. Wealth Advisor, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional
Bryan has been helping individuals, families, and business owners navigate their financial lives since 2004, believing that comprehensive financial planning is the foundation for meaningful, long-term achievements. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, he is passionate about understanding not only what matters most to his clients, but also why, so he can provide thoughtful, personalized guidance throughout every stage of life.
Before entering the financial planning world, Bryan earned a degree in civil engineering from the University of Virginia and worked as a project engineer and project manager. He decided to embark upon a new path after experiencing the impact of a financial planner who focused on education and relationships rather than sales, inspiring him to dedicate his own career to helping others make informed financial decisions.
In May of 2026, Bryan founded Quo Vadis Wealth. Latin for “Where are you going?”, Quo Vadis was chosen to reflect the mission of partnering with clients to answer life’s most important financial questions, ensuring every decision reflects a defined and meaningful personal destination. The firm is centered on building lasting relationships and providing advice tailored to each client’s unique situation, guiding your journey through all seasons of life.
Bryan began his financial planning career in Princeton, New Jersey, before returning home to Virginia with his wife, Nicole. They have three wonderful children: Tyler, Izzy, and Brendan, and two labs, Olive and Charli. Outside the office, he has volunteered as a soccer coach at the recreational, travel, and high school levels and is a former board member of the Greene County Youth Center and the Greene Futbol Club.
Bryan enjoys singing, including with the Virginia Consort and as a member of his church choir. He also loves any opportunity to be active, including soccer, running, and occasionally competing in triathlons and obstacle course races.
